*Please Note: Next day delivery to UK Offshore islands has a minimum charge of £20, these include, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Scilly Isles. Southern Ireland is within Europe.

We will send you an email confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched. If there is a delay, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

UK Mainland & Offshore Islands

For UK standard delivery, orders placed before 12pm GMT Monday to Friday will be delivered within 2-5 working days by courier. Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be dispatched the following working day.

We also offer Saturday and Sunday delivery options. For orders placed before 12pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, your order will be delivered on your chosen day by courier. Orders placed after the cut off time of 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be delivered the following weekend.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm GMT and over weekends and bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day.

  • If nobody is home to sign for your order, the delivery courier should leave a calling card and reattempt delivery the next working day.
  • You may request the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place, but you are responsible for the parcel if it goes missing or is stolen from your chosen safe place.
  • If the delivery attempts are unsuccessful or your order has not been collected from the main depot within a reasonable amount of time the item(s) will be returned to us.
  • If your order is sent back to us, our Customer Services Team will contact you to arrange re-delivery however you may be charged for the additional shipping fee.
  • If we are unable to contact you within 5 days of receiving your order, Yogi Footwear will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we do not offer customer collections direct from our distribution centre. 

Europe

In this instance, we regard Europe to include Southern Ireland.

The European Union countries included are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Southern Ireland, Spain and Sweden.

Standard Delivery costs are £20 for orders under £200 to any of the European Union countries listed above. We offer free standard delivery for orders over £200. Your order should take 2-6 working days**.

Please be aware that any delays incurred by customs in the destinated country is beyond our control. In this instance, we cannot provide information on why or how long your order may be delayed.

Our EU customers are not required to pay additional duties on delivery. Please be aware that if you are outside of the EU, you may have to pay a customs fee to receive your order. If you need more information on this, please contact your local customs authority.

Deliveries can be tracked and traced once the parcel arrives in the destinated country. Please note we use a variety of reliable couriers to maintain the best delivery service.

Please note - EU customers may need to provide ID/VAT number for your order to be processes, without this the order can not be shipped.

Rest of the World

A Standard Delivery service is offered for these countries.

Please be aware that any delays incurred by customs in the destinated country is beyond our control. In this instance, we cannot provide information on why or how long your order may be delayed.

Any customs or import duties required by the destinated country will be at customer cost. If you need more information on this, please contact your local customs authority.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return your Yogi Product(s) please visit our returns portal, input your order details and follow the instructions.

Customers are responsible for postage costs for the return or exchange of a product unless faulty.

Returned items should reach us within 14 working days from the day you received your order.

Please ensure all items returned are in the same condition as received, in original undamaged packaging and have not been worn outside or otherwise used. We regret that we will be unable to accept non-faulty returns if they are not in a re-saleable condition.

After your returned items have been accepted by our quality team, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

 How To Exchange/Return Items:

  • Your item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative
  • Visit our returns portal, input your order details and follow the instructions
  • Please ensure you state whether you would like a replacement or refund
  • Enclose your order details or RMA number with the item(s) you are returning so that we can process your return
  • Attach an address label to your parcel and drop off with your chosen courier
  • We process returns and issue any refunds within 14 calendar days of receiving your return.

When posting your item(s) back to us, it is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage with tracking details. 

Please ensure that items are well packaged. 

Faulty Goods

If you need to return a faulty item, please submit your return request on our returns portal and our customer services team will provide a pre-paid returns label. In order to resolve this as quickly as possible please include pictures of the product fault.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
